Kathy Darlene Gutierrez

Kathy Darlene (Frazier) Gutierrez, left this earth surrounded by family, at home on June, 15th, 2023 after a long medical illness. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on November 26th, 1954.

Kathy was a devout Christian, mother, grandmother, and special friend. She was 5 years on age when she moved from Tennessee to Santa Paula, California. Kathy carried the light and naturally made friends wherever she went. She graduated from Santa Paula High School in 1972. Kathy devoted many years as a missionary in Mexico and took care of many. She loved her family and friends and will be dearly missed.

She was proceeded in death be granddaughter Marijane Lewis-Gutierrez, father Verlond Frazier, sister Sue, and sister Linda. She is survived by son Tyrone (Jamie) Gutierrez, son Taj Gutierrez (Amanda Safford), mother Mary (Frazier) Anger, brother Terry (Kristy) Frazier, brother Donald (Ursula) Frazier, sister Faye Cannon, grandchildren Teddy, Taj (Marley), Aurora, Jasper, and Noah and former husband Alex Gutierrez.

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be announced at a later time.
