He was born on January 4th, 1957 in Seattle, Washington to the late Bill and Ivadelle Mowery. He was a graduate of Springfield North High in Ohio. He then joined the U.S. Navy and became an electrician. After retirement from the Navy, he resided in Hawaii where he met his lifetime partner, Pia. Mike and Pia moved to North Fork, California until death. He loved to cook and go fishing and camping. He made a lot of friends while working at the Nim Nobe store in North Fork.
He is survived by his brothers, Don, David, and Jeff Mowery, Uncle Ed and Earlinda Polkenhorn, Aunt Imogene Ryder, Nephew Matt and Mae Taylor. He is preceded in death by parents, Bill and Ivadelle Mowery, Aunts Peggy, Margie, Cora, and Betty Silver, and Uncle Larry Mowery.
He can now join his beloved spouse Pia Prahan and his loyal dog Larry.
