Dick was born on February 23, 1937 in Manila, AR and lost his life in an automobile accident on September 5, 2015 in Coarsegold, CA at the age of 78. He leaves behind his wife, Judy; son, Rick (Fatou); daughter, Camille (Jeff); 4 grandchildren, Erik, Logan, Amanda and Hailey; brother, Bob (Virginia) and sister, Brenda. For 30 years, Dick worked as a school Psychologist, most of that time with the Merced Union High School District. During those years he was able to effect many positive changes in the lives of children with special needs. In his spare time he loved to fish, hunt, travel, DIY projects around the home and yard, but most important spending time with his grandchildren. He was also a Veteran, having served in the Army in Germany and Lebanon.
