But Jesus said, " Let the little chidren come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these." - Matthew 19:14
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, family member, and friend, Timothy.
We have all lost a bright light in our lives.
Timmy was born on the morning of September 6, 1994, to Max Melton and Kelly Scherer. Tim was instantly loved by countless friends and family members, who all took a caring role in raising him into the young man we will remember forever.
Tim attended school at Oakhurst Elementary, Oak Creek Intermediate, and went on to graduate from Yosemite High School in 2012. During his highschool years, he found his love for artistic welding, and taught himself to play the guitar. He loved writing songs and playing with his band, and found great joy in welding gifts for those he loved. Shortly after highschool, Tim started working at the Oakhurst Grill, where it didnt take him long to move up the ladder. Tim loved many things, but cooking was his passion and he was able to express that at work and home.
Tim and his partner of 8 years, Courtney, enjoyed music and watching movies, taking drives through the mountains, snapping photos of nature, and raising their fur babies.
