I am missing you Channelle, more and more each day, especially today.   It is difficult to be in good spirits with  one year since you have transcended to the heavens quickly  appraoaching. ❤️ I am sitting in a special chair, a thick, tuffted, highback, swivel  chair  that I sit in when I want to look at the photo arrangement and memorialbilia that depicts you, your essence.  Each new day and each passing day you will be thought of. I am missing your positive energy,  your humour filled laugh, your radiant smile.  I miss the hugs that you used to give me just because. I pray that your journey to the other side has been peaceful. So much of a mother's ❤️ Love.

Uncle Ray is visiting you Nelle on his 60th.  Birthday. Uncle misses you. "I" mom misses you so much that it hurts  as if you left me   today. I will never move pass losing you,  nor your Uncle; my brother. Know that he is somewhere in the universe smiling with thoughts of his family.  Family was ALWAYS FIRST with Ray. There was no favorites, only Love of all equally which makes this day so easy to fondly remember him. I Love you both, mom.

There is not a day that the sun rises and sets that you are not thought of, remembered.  The many videos, photos that you have left behind fills my time; keeps me occupied. When I view,  it is as though I am on a rollercoaster filled with warmth that stimulates a warm loving smile, joyful laughter, some sorrow.  Memories of you is what fuels my days.  If only time can rewind to take away my sorrow of not having you physically present, ohhhhhhh what I'd give to go back in time, to be able to hear your infectious laughter, see your beautiful smiling face, to hold you in a tender-safe hug as only a mother could. Smh Channelle. I am really shaking my head, still trying to grasp your absence, I can't, I never will.

Merry Christmas Dear Daughter.  I miss you so much so that it hurts me today as I visit your memorial wall. Know that I have lit a candle in celebration of you, Isaiah, great granny and your uncle's.  pine scented for the holiday. I have said  several prayers too. Still, this is not enough, this will never be enough to fill your absence, their absence.  I have uploaded a picture of Louie, your " King Louie" I know that he misses you too. ❤️ 
I am in Victorville for the Holidays trying to enjoy this day with friends, it is tough, I am trying to be with the Holiday cheer. They understand; hence the reason for this planned getaway.

I feel your warm loving spirit with me this morning, this day, seeing your smile;  which gives me a bit of strength to try to get through this day.  I know that you are at peace with the Heavenly Father daily, in a place of love, void of stress;  only peace and Love.

**I'mmmmmmm back. I could not stay away too long, yet there are disruptions in life that poses  a pause in reaching out sometimes; such as my procedure that did not take place when it was scheduled. I had to wait three days post my original date. My recovery did not go as expected, yet here I am today to be able to come back to your wall posting.  "Praise GOD" and only GOD.  Mommy is/has missed you more than I can say. 
**The Holidays I am not not looking forward to without you. You Channelle, would want for me to celebrate, be in the spirit, be around friends and family. Mom is not feeling the cheer without you, my dad; your papa, Isaiah, granny, your favorite uncle Ray, and Will. This is tough so please forgive me for wanting to be alone this year sitting in your room, watching videos of you, looking through the many pictures of you, lighting candles, reading my Bible in memory of you. I think often of your spirits transition, wondering about time and distance, if you have arrived. I know with all of my heart you have, yet my thoughts  wander.
**I am still taking care of certain things that you have asked of me. had I not had this setback with my health I could have been almost to the finish line of completion. I am more than half way there. I will not stop, tire or give up. I am in this for you, for the win.

My firstborn child, a daughter which I prayed that someday that I would have. I did. I gave birth to you my sweet lovely daughter.
Channelle, as I visit your online obituary,  I pray that my heartfelt note to you will actually post this time as I have tried endlessly since it became available for those that care and Love you to share a sentiment of care. 
Since the morning of February 13, 2025 after having made your decision to journey with God, the heavenly Father,  I am at peace as a God fearing parent knowing that you no longer are enduring what was a long struggle to be present for those that care and love you. I am at peace that you chose dignity. A class act you are/were. As your mother I am thankful that my and your prayers were answered to allow for  me to be present at your bedside in a supporting role, helping to ease any fears that may have intruded upon you. 
Channelle, I witnessed amazing strength through your struggle that will be a lifetime memory of mine. How could it not be, the admiration will never diminish, forever forefront. 
Not a second, minute, hour, day nor month has passed without me THANKING GOD FOR YOU , THANKING GOD for the many treasured smiles and   "I Love you's" remembering  how I've said to you since day one, "YOU ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT MORE PRECIOUS THAN GOLD" 
The weight which tried to hold me down is no more since I have been shown that you are at peace,  joined with Isaiah until God needs me.  As my forever love prays a blessing to you both, know that I "REJOICE" knowing that you had a VERY PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD. 

ALWAYS. FOREVER.  REMEMBERING.  
Your face, your smile, your voice, your, walk, your love of life and people, the grace you gave to many, your perseverance,  how steadfast a leader that you were, a joyful and adventurous spirit that never ceased. A go getter-go ghetta woman you were. My sweet memories are endless of you.
