Mother Ethel Velma Riley (Mother Riley), age 91, of Oakland, California passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022. Mother Riley was born on August 18, 1931.

Her loving family has extended an invitation to dear friends, to attend the following services in her honor:

A Public Viewing for Mother Riley Friday, September 9, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at C.P. Bannon Mortuary, 6800 Intl Blvd, Oakland, CA. A Celebration of Her Life will occur on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM at McGee Avenue Baptist Church, 1640 Stuart St, Berkeley, CA.
