To the Foster Family, I met Ms Foster in 1978 at the Oakland Plant. I was her Co-worker and Supervisor. It was a delight to talk to her, she would look at me with those eyes and smile . She would say “Buckingham you know I tried to get the work on time” and  Ms Foster was colorful person, love to talk. I know you have been blessed with Ms Foster in your life.
To the Family  ,Georgia and David ,hang in there,  remember her beautiful innocence smile . Take Care
