Michael Andre Burns was born August 5, 1959 in Oakland, California, the son of Lucky and Elvie Burns.
Michael was a retired veteran of 21 years of the United States Coast Guard. He married his devoted wife, Crystal, of over 31 years in 1993. He was also a skilled Carpenter that could build anything he put his mind to. Michael especially loved anything involving music. He enjoyed singing and playing instruments, self-teaching himself to play several such as the guitar, trumpet, and harmonica.
