Randolph E Bullard Sr., age 83, of Oakland, California passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Randolph was born on April 15, 1939 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Hazel & Cleo Bullard. Randolph gave his life to Christ at an early age and recommitted his life to Christ in his latter days.
Randolph E. Bullard Sr. married his childhood sweetheart Patricia White on the 39th day of September 1961. From their union they had four children. They moved their growing family from Louisiana to California in 1962.
A service for Randolph will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at C. P. Bannon Mortuary, 6800 International Blvd, Oakland, CA.
Randolph will be laid to rest in Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, California 95620.
