Tony Maurice Edwards

Tony attended Visitation Valley Elementary School and Visitation Valley Junior High School before graduating from Phillip and Sala Burton Academic High School. Following graduation, he began his career with UPS, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and dedication.

Tony was a loving son, devoted family member, and loyal friend. He had a warm spirit, a generous heart, and a smile that could brighten any room. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories with those he loved. His presence brought comfort and joy to many, and he will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those closest to him.

On June 11, 2026, Tony peacefully departed this life. Though his earthly journey has ended, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew him.

A visitation will be held at C. P. Bannon Mortuary, 6800 International Blvd, Oakland, California 94621 on June 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will take place at C. P. Bannon Mortuary, 6800 International Blvd, Oakland, California 94621 on June 25, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
