Mr. Turner's viewing will take place from 12 Noon until 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at C.P. Bannon Mortuary located at 6800 International Blvd, Oakland, CA 94621 followed by a Celebration of his Life & Legacy on October 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM. His committal service will take place at Rolling Hills Memorial Park Cemetery located at 4100 Hilltop Dr, Richmond, CA 94803.
