She was born in Manila, Philippines on December, 13, 1956. Celia graduated with a Masters Degree in Pharmacy from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines.
She was married to Peter Lim on January 31, 1981.
Celia was a loving mother who cared for her two sons, Mark Kevin and Lou Desmond, while working as a practice manager for her husband’s dental practice in Orlando, FL.
She was previously a member of New Life Worship Center in Gotha, FL before moving to Palatka, FL and was an active member of the Church of the Heights in Palatka, FL. Her passions included crocheting, volunteering at her church, and raising her two sons (age 44 and 42, respectively).
She was survived by her two aforementioned sons, Ellora Sol (granddaughter), and siblings who reside in the Philippines: Susan, Tony, Jimmy, and William.
