

Charles "Chuck" Morris Campbell II, age 70, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026, in The Villages, Florida. Born on November 14, 1956, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Chuck lived a life marked by kindness, humor, and devotion to his faith and family.
Chuck graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1974 and went on to earn his degree from Western Kentucky University in 1984. His professional journey was one of compassion and service. He dedicated over two decades to working as a Cardiac Surgical ICU nurse, providing care and comfort to countless patients during their most vulnerable moments. Later in his career, he transitioned into roles as a Clinical Consultant/Application Specialist for ABIOMED, where he continued to make a meaningful impact in the medical field.
Chuck cherished his family deeply. He is survived by his beloved wife and high school sweetheart of 52 years, Elizabeth T. Campbell; his son Curt Campbell (Nerina Campbell); his daughter Lindy Evans (Brian Evans); his treasured grandchildren Micah Campbell, Faith Day (Jadon Day), Ian Evans, and Jacob Evans; his mother June K. Campbell; his brother Richard Campbell (Lindi Campbell), as well as his nieces Allie Campbell and Cassie Hamilton. Chuck was predeceased by his father, Charles Morris Campbell.
Chuck found fulfillment in reading the Bible and spending time with loved ones. His legacy is one of love, laughter, faith in his savior, Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Samaritan's Purse or Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation.
