She was the last surviving child of Charles and Mary Ball of Brooklyn, N.Y.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 67 years, Joseph and her five children: Frances "Cookie" Mason (Larry), Joey (Peggy), Salvatore, Patricia (Joe Lingerfelt), Charlie (Lisa), and beloved first grandchild Julie Simonsen (Tim Wallace), along with 7 other grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Claire was a dedicated wife and mother who loved feeding everyone, body and soul, with food, faith, and laughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial masses or donations to St. Theresa Food Pantry, Belleview, Florida, in Claire Sardisco's name.
