She is predeceased by her daughters, Ann Lingerfelt and Sarah McLaughlin and son, Billy Frame.
Surviving Coleen is her loving husband of 51 years, Russell E. Frame; one daughter, Joyce Sheldon; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala FL on Tuesday, July 7th 2020 at 10am followed by a Funeral Service at 11am. The Committal Service will take place at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens immediately after the funeral service.
