Doris L. Roberts, 88, passed away in Ocala on Saturday, June 22, 2013. She moved to Ocala in 1962 from Nashville, GA. Doris was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved crocheting, solving puzzles, sewing, and was an excellent cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Roberts in 1981, and just recently, her son, Robert Jake Roberts. Doris is survived by her children, Carolyn, Billy, Teresa (Monte), Diane (Jim), Bruce (Judy), Jeanette (Bill) and Leland (Cheri); 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm followed by a funeral service on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, 3 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 S. Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480.
