Dorothy E Stein

Dorothy E. Stein, 91, passed away November 17, 2015. She was born August 15, 1924 in Coshocton County, Ohio and married Russell A Stein on April 19, 1946. They had one son, Jim (Karen) Stein; two grandchildren, Sunne (Mike) Keith and Blaine (Laura) Stein; and four great grandchildren, Kaiden, Kolby and Kinzley Keith and Grady Stein. Dorothy is also survived by her sister, Norma Jean (Joe) Uher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell A. Stein, her parents, Walter and Ada Welling, two sisters, Mary Margaret Brenly and S. Evelyn Fisher.

Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was an active member at Druid Hills United Methodist Church, teaching Sunday School for many years, a member of United Methodist Women and Church Women United and a Meals on Wheels volunteer. Dorothy loved God, her family and her church.

Visitation will be held tonight, November 19, 2015 from 4pm to 6pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 So. Pine Ave, Ocala FL. Funeral service on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 11am at Druid Hills United Methodist Church, 1712 SE Lake Weir Ave, Ocala FL followed by interment at Forest Lawn Memory Garden.
