Fran Clifton Kennon

Born on October 11, 1946, in Lexington, Kentucky to Lyle and Georgia Kennon, Fran lived a life marked by dedication to family, hard work, and an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.

Fran married Martha Kennon on February 8, 2002, and together they shared many cherished years. Professionally, Fran worked in security for a thoroughbred horse farm, a fitting career in an environment closely associated with Kentucky and Central Florida traditions.

Away from work, Fran especially enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of football and baseball. These interests provided many enjoyable moments and memories throughout the years.

Fran is survived by his wife, Martha; his daughter, Crystal Gayle Kennon; and his grandchild, Nicolas Raines, along with other family members and friends who will remember Fran with love.

Fran was preceded in death by son, Bradley Kennon; as well as his sisters, Janet Naman-Rufolo and Margie Harwood.

Fran’s life will be remembered through the family and friends whose lives were touched along the way. The memories shared, the time spent together, and the love Fran leaves behind will continue to be treasured for years to come.
