Born on April 2, 1944 to Frank M. and Janette Lowe in Turkey Creek, Kentucky. He moved to Ocala, FL in 1957 at 13 years old.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Charlene Lowe (Hoehn), son Matt Lowe (Cindy), daughter Aimee DeSousa (Cristiano) and many grandchildren; Joshua Lowe (Susie), Caleb Lowe (Paris), Anna Lowe, Aaron Lowe and Giovanni DeSousa. He also has many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his two sisters Patsy Rowe and Betsy Daugherty. He is preceded in death by his sister, Naomi Joyce Morris.
Frank would remark that he was born in the wrong era, because he wanted to be a cowboy, wearing his boots, hat, riding a horse and maybe a bull. He was a faithful friend, an avid Gator Football fan and loved his family in his own quiet way.
Frank was a gifted cabinet craftsman and he and Charlene established Rainbow Cabinets in 1987, a vibrant, successful business partnership, still active in the community today.
Frank was large in our lives and will be greatly missed.
