Gennevee Gardner Dunn, age 73, of Ocala, died March 22, 2014 at Ocala Health and Rehab. She was born on June 20, 1940 in Ocala, FL a daughter to the late Milton and Nancy (Mimbs) Gardner. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death be a sister Nancy Lundy. She was retired from Munroe Regional Medical Center where she worked as a customer service representative. Her family fondly remembers her love of jigsaw puzzles, video games, crosswords, reading James Patterson books, and watching the SCI FI channel. She was a 1958 graduate of Ocala High School and has been active in all the reunions. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son Mason (Bobbi) Dunn of High Springs, four daughters Rene (Richard) Bedell of Ocala, Bobbie (Ernie) Brown in NC, Nita (Don) Monahan of Sunrise, Clara “Tommie” (Richard) Reagan of Ocala, eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service has been scheduled for Tuesday March 25, 2014 at 2:00pm at Forst Lawn Funeral Home. The family suggests donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Alzheimers of Cancer Society. Forest Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
