Hazel is survived by her husband, John M. Rhoades, daughters; Kay (Michelle McGuire) Rhoades of St. Petersburg, FL and Diana (Tom) Hall of Navarre, FL.
Brother; Arno Nance and sister; Virgie (Donnie) Kifer.
Grandchildren; Morgan and Justin Littlewood.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34480. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 prior to the service.
