Helen was born in Birmingham , AL to William and Pearl Gober. She loved gardening and preserving what she grew. Crafting and sewing were a passion she shared with not only her family but many Sunday school and Vacation Bible school students and ladies' groups.
She is survived by her brother J.W. Gober, her daughters Sara Shyrigh and Judy Scott, Grandchildren- Shane Shyrigh and Tina Adams. Great grandchildren- Harrison Shyrigh, Shalise Parrish, Logan Nichols, Athena Baker, and Logan Baker. Great- Great Grandchild- Caydance Trent.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, 8 siblings, husband, 2 children, and 4 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A visitation for Helen will be held Oct. 11, 2025 from 10 am to 11 am with graveside service at 11 am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home at 5740 S. Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480
