Henry J. Pelletier, 89, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013 in Ocala. He was born in Salem, MA and moved to Ocala in the early 1990’s. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII aboard the USS Izard DD589 in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater and was involved in the Liberation of the Philippines. Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Alba Pelletier, and a daughter, Linda Hinson. He is survived by his daughter, Lorena Pelder, SISTERS Lucille and Jeanette, grandchildren, Courtney and Eric Pelder, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, 11 am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 S. Pine Ave., Ocala, FL 34480.
