John A. Yohannan

John A. Yohannan, age 90, of Ocala, died Saturday February 11, 2012 at home. He was born on January 29, 1922 a son to the late Absalom and Hannah Yohannan. He was also preceded in death by his wife Ruby on Thursday February 9, 2012, and a son John J. Yohannan. John was a very devoted member of the Community Reformed Church in Whiting, New Jersey. He was a US Army veteran, a Mason, and a member of the American Legion. He leaves behind to cherish his memories two daughters and a son-in-law Grace Yohannan-Stroud, of Ocala, Rosemarie Yohannan of Ft. Walton, Beach, James Stroud of Ocala, two brothers Ephraim and James Yohannan both of Turlock, CA, two grand children Major Douglas Kisala, Jennifer Glosup and one great grandchild. A visitation has been scheduled for Tuesday February 14, 2012 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with a Masonic service scheduled at 2:00pm in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Wednesday February 15, 2012 at 11:00am at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Forest Lawn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
