

Chuck was born on June 13, 1960, in Frankfurt, Germany. He proudly served in the United States Army as a Military Police officer before continuing his education at the Illinois Police Academy, where he completed his training with dedication and pride.
On July 3, 1989, Chuck married the love of his life, Peggy, beginning a lifelong partnership built on love, commitment, and shared memories.
Chuck built a career in transportation, working for the Davenport City Bus system. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the respect he earned from both colleagues and the community he served.
He was a proud member of Moose Lodge #2356, where he enjoyed fellowship and camaraderie. Outside of work, Chuck had a deep passion for life and the outdoors. He enjoyed golfing, boating, fishing, target shooting, and was an avid sports enthusiast who appreciated all forms of competition and recreation.
Chuck will be remembered for his quiet strength, his dedication to his family, and his love for simple pleasures and time spent with those he cared about.
Funeral services will be held on May 9, 2026, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Chuck’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
