Mary B. Cooper, 90, passed away in Ft Pierce, FL on Sunday, November 23, 2014. She was born in Coldwater, MI and then moved to Hillsdale County, MI where she and her husband Robert developed Mary Lake. Mary then moved to Ocala in 1974 where she owned Camper Village of America on SR 200 for 29 years. She also loved to play the organ and work her jigsaw puzzles. Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Robert H. Cooper, her parents and 2 brothers. She is survived by her children, Alesa and husband Dick, Janet Haid, and Robert C Cooper, a sister, Elizabeth Weaver, grandchildren, Laura (Kirk), David, Erin, Angel (Dan), and Christopher, great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Bryce, Mary, McKay, Ciera, Dylan and Eric, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm with family to accept friends one hour prior at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 5740 S Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 33480. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital at 800-805-5856 in her name.
