Rachela was married to her beloved husband, Carmine Fusco, on September 21, 1957. Together they built a life centered around family, love, and tradition.
She worked as a seamstress, a career that reflected her patience, creativity, and attention to detail. Rachela had a deep passion for gardening, cooking and baking, and sewing. Above all else, she cherished family gatherings and spending time with her loved ones in her home.
Rachela is survived by her children, Susan, Josephine, Maria and Angelo;
her grandchildren, Candace, Carmine, Daniel & Chaya, Deanna & Brian, Kevin & Amanda;
her great grandchildren, C.J., Ivanna, Juliette, Demi, Daya and Caterina;
and survived by her siblings, Oscar, Gerry, and Antoinetta.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on January 19, 2026, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Rachela will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her strong work ethic, and the warmth she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.
Mom, you were always the anchor in our lives.
Your unconditional love echoes in our hearts. You were always a woman of strength, kindness, and love.
Thank you for being our rock and guiding star. Your strength inspired everyone of us.
