Rafael was born on April 4, 1943, in Puerto Rico. Throughout his life, he was known as a hardworking man who spent his career as a tractor trailer driver. His work reflected the dedication and perseverance that he carried with him throughout his life.
On August 26, 2018, Rafael married Antonia Pacheco de Vidal, with whom he shared many cherished moments.
Away from work, Rafael enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He had a passion for fishing and especially enjoyed listening to country music. These pastimes brought him happiness and provided many peaceful and memorable moments through the years.
Rafael is survived by his stepchildren, Luis Vidal Pacheco and Wanda Vidal Pacheco; numerous grandchildren; his sister, Cecilia; as well as extended family members and friends who will remember him with love and affection.
Rafael will be remembered for his hard working spirit, his love of family, and the quiet joys he found in fishing and music. His memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
