Ronald Lee Truelove

Ronald Lee Truelove, age 70, of Ocala, Florida passed away on March 24, 2023 at Estelle’s House in Ocala, FL. Ron was born on September 14, 1952 in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Joseph Earl Truelove, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth (Webber) Truelove.

Ron was an over the road truck driver for Crete Carrier Corporation for the past 5 years. He attended De La Warr High School and was a life member of the TAC in New Castle, Delaware. Ron loved putting money on those horses at Delaware Park. He was known to enjoy his Bloody Mary which he referred to as “Breakfast of Champion” as he hung out with friends.

Ron is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Truelove; daughters, Dawn Coover and Danielle Foskey; stepson, Scott Hunter; sisters, Phyllis Blythe (Billy) and Linda Atkins; brothers, Joseph Truelove, Jr. and Richard Paoletti along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Gathering is planned for Sunday, April 16, 2023 from 12-3 pm at the First & Last Tab, 3602 NE 8th Place, Ocala, FL 34470. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be planned at a later date in Delaware.
