Ocala-William Joseph Doyley, 92, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Sylvia’s Hospice House. He was born in Jamaica on February 12, 1919. He was employed at Princeton Medical Center, NJ for 25 years.
He loved his church and God; he was also an avid gardener.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mavis Doyley, Ocala, FL, three sons; Herdley Doyley of NJ, Paul Doyley also of NJ and Michael Doyley of Daytona, FL, daughter; Phyllis Reid of PA, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 31, 2011 from 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon at the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Springs Shores Presbyterian, 674 Silver Road, Silver Springs Shores, Ocala, FL, the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, FL.
