He is survived by his wife, Annie Rutherford, 3 sons, William (Kathy) Rutherford, Robert Rutherford, James (Helen) Rutherford; 1 brother, Virgil Rutherford, 3 sisters, Mary Coker, Virginia Breeden and Uadie Lockhart as well as 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Ocala, Florida on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 with Visitation from 10am to 11am and Funeral Service at 11am followed by burial at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
