She was born in Chicago, IL and lived in Teaneck and Morris Plains ,NJ before moving to Tinton Falls 11 years ago.
Dr. Rieger was a school psychologist for the Livingston Twp. Board of Education before retiring in 1988.
She was predeceased by her husband Martin in 2009. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Cheryl Rieger of Nashville, TN; her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Robert Rachlin of Ocean Township, NJ; her grandchildren Daniel (Vanessa) Rieger of Indianapolis; Jordan Rieger of New York City; Lauren Sherman (Brian Gnos) of Neptune, NJ; and, Andrew (Rebecca) Sherman of Brooklyn, NY; Michael (Kerri) Rachlin, New York City; Jason (Adrianne) Rachlin, New York City; and her great-grandchildren: Eva Gnos, Neptune NJ, and Ali Rachlin, New York City.
Services will be 1:00pm Friday, April 27, 2012 at Seabrook Village, Tinton Falls, NJ.
