Debra Susan McKee

With deep sorrow and love, we announce the passing of Debra Susan Wasserman McKee, who left us peacefully on May 3, 2025. Born in Forest Hills, Queens, on September 2, 1964, Debra lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

Debra was a cherished wife, daughter, sister, niece, mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched countless lives with her quiet strength, her generous heart, and the deep care she showed for those around her. Her presence was a source of comfort, her support steady and unconditional.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Brian; her loving children, Jessie and Samuel; her adored granddaughters, Olivia and Elizabeth; her mother, Phyllis; her aunt, Eileen; her brother, David; her nephew, Max; and her brothers-in-law, John and Daniel. She is predeceased by her beloved son, Brodie; her brother-in-law, Michael; and her father, Stanley.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6 at 1:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels in Ocean Township, NJ. Shiva will be observed at the family home beginning Tuesday and continuing through Friday, May 9, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Debra’s love, loyalty, and grace will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing.

A funeral service for Debra will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 2130 Kings Highway, Ocean, NJ 07712.
