Lynn shared a beautiful love story with her beloved husband, Sam. The two began dating at just 16 years old and were married in June 1971, building a partnership that spanned decades and served as the foundation of their family. She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Tara and Karyn, and a cherished mother-in-law to Brian, Karyn’s husband. Her greatest joy was being “Grandma” to her grandchildren — Gabi, Jonah, and Jordan — who were the light of her life.
She is survived by her loving husband, Sam; her daughters, Tara and Karyn; her son-in-law, Brian; her grandchildren, Gabi, Jonah, and Jordan; and her siblings, Ellen, Laurie, and Richie. She was predeceased by her brother, Murray, and her parents, Milton and Becky Perloff.
For 38 years, Lynn bravely and courageously fought breast cancer, facing each challenge with resilience and determination. Throughout it all, she remained a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, always putting others before herself and offering warmth, compassion, and unwavering support to those around her.
Lynn’s legacy is one of love, strength, and devotion to family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were fortunate to know her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lynn’s memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
