She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Born and educated in Newark, she married and relocated to Neptune where she resided for over 50 years. She was a dedicated volunteer to the Deborah Heart and Lung Association for over 30 years
She was pre-deceased by her husband Emanuel and her son Jeffrey. She is survived by 4 loving children: Dr Benjamin Fand and wife Robin of Warren NJ; Thea Fand-Freeman of Half Moon Bay, CA; Amy Cosentino and husband Nick of Brick,NJ; and Karen Roth-Jampol and husband Jesse of NY,NY.; as well as 6 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Thursday at Chesed Shel Ames Cemetery in Neptune. Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Ocean, will be in charge of the arrangements.
