TINTON FALLS – Dr. Norman Queler passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Bronx, NY, he resided in Brooklyn for 45 years before settling in the Seabrook Village community of Tinton Falls, NJ.
Prior to retiring in 1985, Dr. Queler worked as a physician in Brooklyn for 35 years. An Army veteran, he honorably served our country during World War II.
Through the years, Norman was dedicated to his patients and taking care of generations of families. His passion was practicing medicine for his entire life.
Norman was predeceased by his son, Mitchell in September 2018.
Surviving is his eternal loving wife of 73 years, Eleanor; loving son, Ron, his wife, Amy, and grandchildren Tara, Ryan, and Brandon, daughter-in-law, Reva, and grandchildren Adam and Lauren, 3 great-grandchildren: Charlie, Ramona, & Michael; and nieces Marjie and Robin. He will be so very missed by all.
Graveside services will be held under the direction of Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Ocean, NJ, on Friday at 11 AM at Wellwood Cemetery, Pinelawn, NY. Interment will immediately follow.
