Ofelia is survived by her daughter Raquel Schwarz Needle; and her daughter Thelma Ann Swirsky; her brother Israel Karpel; her granddaughter Sandra R. Vilacoba and her husband Karl Vilacoba, her grandson Jonathan Needle, her grandson Alan Needle and her granddaughter Stephanie Swirsky; and her great-grandchildren; Layla Vilacoba & David Vilacoba.
Ofelia was preceded in death by her husband David Schwarz.
A funeral service for Ofelia will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Congregation B'nai Israel, 171 Ridge Rd, Rumson, NJ 07760.
Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 12:30 PM at B'Nai Israel Cemetery, 492 Riverdale Ave W, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724.
Shiva will be held at the Schwarz Residence on Saturday from 5:30PM until 7:30PM and on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday from 3:00PM until 7:30PM
