Age 89 – Tinton Falls, NJ
Regina Pickover, age 89 of Tinton Falls, NJ, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022. Regina was born on October 10, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY. Regina lived in Middletown and Ocean Township, NJ, prior to moving to the Seabrook Senior Living Community in Tinton Falls in 2012.
She graduated from City College of New York with a Bachelor’s Degree. She married Merwin (Bert) Pickover in 1952. She taught in elementary school. She was an avid bridge player and mahjong player.
Her parents were Celia and Harry. Her bother was Herbert. Regina is survived by her devoted sons and their spouses: Dr. Clifford Pickover and his wife Elahe Khorsani of Yorktown Heights, NY and Dr. Lawrence Pickover and Karen Minken of East Brunswick, NJ. She is also survived by her adored grandchildren Alan, Alison and Evan.
Arrangements were by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels of Ocean, NJ. Services were held at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ on Monday August 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
