Gladys Bailey, 74, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Raleigh General Hospital. Born January 6, 1941 in Cyclone, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ella Lusk. Gladys was a member of Bright Prospect Missionary Baptist Church and was a charter member of the Ladies Aid. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Bailey and several brothers and sisters. Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Jerry Bailey and wife, Cheryl of Moatsville and Thomas Bailey and wife, Rhonda of Beckley; a sister, Lois Powell of Cyclone; and grandchildren, Jacalyn, Alison, Brandon and Ryan Bailey.
