Jerry Elkins, 60, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born January 16, 1955 in Cyclone, WV, he was the son of the late Icie Elkins. Jerry was a retired coal miner. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Pauline and Gertrude Maynor and a brother, Floyd Aliff. He is survived by two sons, Jerry Elkins, II and wife, Beth of Dunbar and Ricky Elkins and wife, Misty of Man; two brothers, Alvin Walker of Princeton and Bill Browning of Clear Fork; a sister, Terri Ratcliff of TN; and three grandchildren, Tyler Elkins, Kameron Elkins and Aillea Elkins.
