Abram H. Aguirre, age 80, of Levelland, Texas passed away on Friday February 22, 2019. Abram was born March 10, 1938 in Mexico to Elias Aguirre and Antonia Aguirre.

Abram married Teresa Aguirre on June 13,1981.

He worked at Sherwood Baptist Church for 35 years as a janitor. His favorite hobbies were playing pool and poker. He loved inventing his own games and spending time with his beloved grandchildren. If asked where he wanted to eat it was always McDonald's.

Abram is survived by his spouse, Teresa Aguirre; son Abram Aguirre; daughter Nancy and Mike Lopez; son Andy and Elias Aguirre; and daughter Sarah and Dominic Rangel.

Abram was preceded in death by; father Elias Aguirre and mother Antonia Aguirre; sister Flavia Rey and brother Neptali Aguirre.

A visitation for Abram will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Odessa Funeral Home, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761.

My brother, will be missed. He was always smiling making jokes making us all laugh. He was inventive, creating some crazy games. Funny always with a smile. Love u ur sis Yolanda Sandoval

Bro u will be missed, happy to have called brother, I learned so many things from you while we grew up, some bad, but were fun n lots of good things. You also helped me get my 1 st job . So many memories some I wonā€™t even write down. What happened in our youth stays in our Youth. Love u. Adam Aguirre

Abram was crazy šŸ˜œ funny, when I was about 7 yrs ago, Minga would give us a nickel if we ate Chile, meanwhile Abram would laugh n laugh but we were happy we got a nickle. I will miss him n his laughter. Love Danny Aguirre

I remember 1 time he came to Ca. To visit, when he was returning we waited at bus stop n he took out a jalapeƱo and put it on top of his nose looked at my mom, saying mom look what I can do. My mom laughed, he was funny. He carried jalapeƱos everywhere to make sure his food was tasty. Miss u love u. Ruth Gonzalez
