Andrew Cantu Pacheco Sr.

Andrew C. Pacheco 78, of Odessa passed away Monday, June 18, 2012 at Medical Center Hospital. He was born December 7, 1933 in Bastrop, TX. He married Aurora Rivera June 14, 1956. She preceded him in death March 5, 2009. He served in the U. S. Army from 1952 to 1955. He worked as a beer salesman and truck driver for most of his life until he retired as the warehouse manager of Willis Permian Movers.

He enjoyed fishing, football (Dallas Cowboys) and his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pascual & Maria Pacheco, sister, Theresa Siller, brothers, Jesse, & Abelardo Pacheco, brother-in-law, Sonny Merino.

He is survived by his children, Andrew C. Pacheco Jr., Richard Pacheco, Sandra P. Holguin & husband Oscar, Adam Pacheco & wife Sharon Bingman, & Oscar Pacheco, brothers, Raymond Pacheco & wife Nancy, Charles Pacheco & wife Frances, Gilbert Pacheco & wife Sandy, sisters, Maggie Campos & husband Lucio, & Lupe Merino, grandchildren, Angela Pacheco & husband Michael Pennick, Chastity Marion & husband Jimmy & Olivia Holguin, (3) great-grandsons & (3) great-granddaughters.

A Rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. A mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Rev. Arturo Pestin officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
