Antonio Ybarra Jr.

Tony 63 of Odessa, passed away peacefully January 24, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born to Antonio Sr. and Angelita Estrada Ybarra on December 19, 1952 in Odessa, Tx.

Tony grew up in Odessa, Tx. He began his lawn service over 30 years ago. Tony was always grateful to all his customers he had.

Tony was happily married to Estella Vega Ybarra for 44 years. Tony's pride and joy were his grandkids. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening with his grandkids, going to garage sales, family gatherings which he was famous for his barbecue, especially his ribs.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Sr. and Angelita E. Ybarra, brothers Rufino, Manuel Sr., Hector and nephew Manuel Jr.

Tony is survived by his beloved wife Estella Ybarra, his children Tony Ybarra III, wife Mariana; Anna Daniels, husband Jeff; Jose Ybarra, wife Lydia (Genie); Jerome Ybarra; Sylvester Vega; his grandchildren- Nataly, Naomi, Nicolas, Noelia Ybarra; Adam, Aubrey, Aaron Daniels; Jose II, Isabelle, Michael Ybarra; Joseph Ybarra; his sisters- Hortencia "Tenchi" Ybarra, Mary "Lolly" Pando, husband Frank, brother Sammy Ybarra and a host of nephews, nieces, friends, including Jose's II girlfriend Jacque Arellano.

We the Ybarra Family would like to take this time to express our utmost sincere gratitude and appreciation to each and every one for all the prayers, floral arrangements, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this difficult time. May God bless you all abundantly.

Pallbearers will be his his grandsons Adam, Jose III, Michael, Nicolas, nephews Joe "Mijo" Gomez, Anthony Gomez, Jason Dominguez and Danny Dominguez.

Visitation will be held today January 26, 2016 from 8am to 9pm with a special service being held at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home. A Chapel Service at Odessa Funeral Home will be held at 2pm Wednesday January 27, 2016 with Pastor: Pedro Landa officiating. Interment will be held at Ector County Cemetery, Rose Hill Garden Section.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request you spend quality time with someone you love, do an act of pay it forward, pray and share a special moment about Tony.
