

Baxter Ray Wall, 67, of Odessa passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014 at his home. He was born January 27, 1947 in Forest City, NC. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1974 deploying to Vietnam and Germany. He also served as a drill sergeant at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and later was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Tx. He married Danny Marlene Palmer April 15, 1982 in Midland. He was a mechanic for over 20 years with Sewell Ford. He is survived by his wife Marlene Wall of Odessa, sons Anthony Ray Wall & wife Alicia of El Paso, Bobby Ray Wall of El Paso; daughters Danna Mae Tennison & husband Shea of Odessa, Kelvia Gene Smith of Odessa, Gabriella Marlene McKittrick & husband Ryan of Hutto, TX; sister Johnny Lambert & husband Evert of Concord, NC; & (12) grandchildren, Cody, Brock, Bryce & Avery Smith, Mason & Presley Tennison, Rachel, Rylee & Jordyn McKittrick, Ashley, Stephany, & Sophia Wall.
A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Home Hospice of Odessa.
