passed away on November 27, 2018 after a lengthy illness.
Billie was born in Cross Plains, Texas on October 5, 1925. She was the daughter of William and Alice Peevy.
She is survived by her two sons H. L. (Sam) Buford (wife Adriana)
of Austin, Texas and Randy G. Buford (wife Jeanette) of Charlotte,
North Carolina and daughter Jackie S. Buford of
Flower Mound, Texas. She was blessed with seven Grandchildren along with five Great Grandchildren.
She was a longtime of resident of Odessa, Texas and a member of Full Gospel – River of Life Church while living in Odessa.
Visitation will be Friday, Nov 30 at Hubbard Kelley Funeral Home 6-8 pm
Funeral Services will on Saturday, Dec 1 at Hubbard Kelley Funeral Home at 10:00 am with burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens
