Billy Burr Teel, age 81, of Odessa, Texas passed away on Sunday August 12, 2018. Billy was born to Bobby Teel and Ruby Burcham November 5, 1936 in Durant, Oklahoma.

Billy is survived by; daughter Stacey Teel and boyfriend Shawn Wallace; brother Don Teel; granddaughters Amy Teel and Tisha Chapman.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife Louise Johnson; brother Wayne Teel and sister Edna Teel; granddaughter Melissa Teel, grandson Billy Teel, and parents.

A funeral service will occur Monday, August 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM at River of Hope, 3601 N Dixie Blvd, Odessa, Texas.
