Bonnie Lorene Cobb

Bonnie Cobb, 86, of Odessa passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Buena Vida Nursing Home. She was born November 7, 1925 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to George William & Sadie ()Atwood) Boland . She married Carl Cobb on June 1, 1943 in Odessa. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Bonnie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She devoted her life to taking care of others. She was happiest when her family was all together.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cobb in 1997. her parents, sisters, Imogene Peel, Lucille Branscum, daughter, Carlene Brown & grandson, Carl William Spolarich.

She is survived by her daughter, Doyce Thompson & Husband, David of Pipe Creek, TX, sons, Eddie Cobb & wife Judy , Teddy Cobb & wife Beth all of Odessa, Michael Cobb & wife Rachael of Frisco, TX,, sister, Laverne Vanderburg of Kingsland, (19) grandchildren, (50) great-grandchildren & (1) great-great-grandson.

Pallbearers will be William, & Aubrey Diggs, Cody , Cory & Carl Adam Cobb & Ronny Arnett.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curtis Brewer officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
