She was born February 21, 1928, in Winters, TX. She was a homemaker. She was a volunteer at Northside Senior Citizen Center for 25 years.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, L. B. Fulfer and Robert D. Foster, sons, Lester Fulfer, Dickie Earl Fulfer, and daughter, Betty Jane Hasebroeks.
She is survived by her companion, C. F. Shrum, three sons, Rodney Dean Fulfer of Odessa, Charley Ray Fulfer of Hawkins, TX, David Wayne Fulfer of Odessa, her daughter Verna Melot of Odessa, brother, J. D. Constable of San Angelo, 25 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2012 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with Rene Phillips officiating, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
