Bruce Edward Porter

Bruce enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, and making people laugh. He was a kind, loving, and very giving man. He never met a stranger and he had such an immense heart for anyone and everyone.

Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, John David and Jo Alene Porter; and one brother, David Porter.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Sherry Porter of Odessa, Texas; his daughter, ShawnDee Davis and husband, Brad, of Odessa, Texas; son, Cole Porter of Odessa, Texas; son, Braden Porter and wife, Chelsea, of Midland, Texas; and son, Cory Porter and wife, Cara, of Odessa, Texas. Bruce is also survived by many grandchildren; Shaylea, Sypher, Blayke, Cobin, JaCee, Karsyn, Brayleigh, and one on the way; and one great-grandchild.

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 11th from 4-8 pm at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home, located at 601 N Alleghaney Ave, Odessa, TX 79761. The funeral will also be at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home, on Saturday, July 12th at 10 am. The graveside burial will follow after the funeral in Fort Stockton at 2 pm, located at the East Hill Cemetery, 2578 E Parkview Rd, Fort Stockton, TX 79735.
