Charles was a loving husband, parent, grandpa and great grandpa. He also loved his animals which were schnauzer and his little weenie dog. Some have gone before him: Jazzphor, Texquila-Rose, Paxztun and Max who will meet him at the rainbow bridge. His beloved Jaxztun remains behind and misses his dad (which is how Charles referred to himself).
He is preceded in death by his son, Joshua Benjamin Collins; mother, Louise and stepfather, James; father, Charles Lout; sister, Charlotte Parish; two brothers, Willard and Curks; his in-laws, Rosalie and Robert Johnson; Barcie and husband Ray, Adele and husband Steve, Brenda, Lamare and lots of other friends that went before him.
Left to cherish his memory as his wife Gwen Lout; son, Tony James Collins and wife Nicole; brother Gary of California; daughter-in-law, Amy Collins; Brad Johnson and wife Lana; special brother, T-Bone; and his special daughter, Alexa; grandchildren, Tanya, Taije, Brysain, Caethelyn, Maelyn, Dizelyn, Arthor and Rhiylen; and two great-grandchildren, Slayden and Amylah and father, Justin. He is also survived by special friends Vicky, Marguerite, Debi, Ramona and Richard; and his special niece, Amanda Desha.
Thomas Brown, Frank Morales, Dennis McGee, Eddie Herrera, Rick Ellison and Bryce Ellison will serve as pallbearers.
